We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your SkinShop purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SkinShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes and ensure they are securely packed in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
